		History with Doehring, Winders & Co. LLP: Matt joined the Firm in July 2006. Education: Matt earned his B.S. in Accountancy in December 2001 from Illinois State University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude. Experience: Matt has practiced in public accounting since 2001. He has served clients in a variety of industries including: · Manufacturing · Services Industry · Distributors · Construction Contractors · Financial Institutions · Not-for-Profit Organizations · Governmental Entities His professional experience includes Audits, Reviews, Compilations, Individual and Business Tax Services, and Consulting Services, primarily for closely-held businesses. Professional Activities: Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois. Civic Activities: Matt is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Effingham, where he currently enjoys teaching the High School group. He is also a member of the Mattoon Rotary Club and is treasurer of the Effingham County Drug Alert Council. Other: Matt and his wife, Amber, reside in Effingham, Illinois with their daughter, Morgan. Matt enjoys music, sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
